You are hereby summoned to attend a Meeting of the Parish Council to be held on
Tuesday 11 January 2005 in the Village Hall at 7.30 pm
for the purpose of transacting the following business:
1. To
receive apologies for absence
2. To
receive any declarations of interest
3. CCC Parish Paths Partnership Scheme. The Chairman will welcome
Mr S Tabbitt, Parish Paths Liaison Officer.
Consider participation in 2005/6 scheme.
4. To consider issues regarding speeding vehicles through
the village. The Chairman will open the
meeting to allow public to speak for up to 15 minutes.
5. To
approve and sign the minutes of the meeting held on 16 December 2004
6. Matters
arising from previous minutes (for information only)
7. To
consider planning applications:
a) None received to-date. Supplementary agenda item will be issued if application(s) received prior to meeting.
b) Chairman to report on outcome of planning application for erection of signboard for Kings of Witcham at Witcham Toll.
c) To note ECDC consent for change of use from
part residential garden to car parking for existing village hall and recreation
ground facilities, rear
8. To
consider quotations for replacement mowers.
9. Recreation

12 ECDC refuse collection and recycling pilot villages
required for switch to alternating fortnightly collections of black and green
sacks
13. CCC Public Byways (BOATS) comments sought on use and
maintenance of droves by agricultural and recreational drivers of 4-wheeled
drive vehicles Coveney, Witcham, Haddenham, Wilburton and Wentworth.
14. CCC East of England Plan Public Consultation

15. Cambs & Peterborough Fire Authority Budget 2005/6

16. ECDC offer of training for Parish Councils Registers of
