In addition, there may be extra meetings to deal with
urgent items, eg planning applications, late items
etc which require attention before the next planned meeting. Such meetings will be advertised on the
village notice board at least 3 clear days before the meeting in accordance
with LGA 1972 Sch 12 para
10(2)(a).
Agenda
items must be notified to the Clerk at least 7 days prior to the planned
meeting. Meetings are held in the
Witcham Village Hall, normally commencing at 7.30pm
